I grew up in Orange County where I participated in both Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. I moved to Los Angeles in 2004 while I attended Cal State Northridge. In college I studied biology and public health. I moved to San Diego in 2014 to pursue a career in law enforcement. I have been an adult leader with Pack 863 since 2021. I volunteer my time to scouting to set an example of a positive role model for youth and my own children.

I grew up in Los Angeles, CA, and received by bachelor’s degree from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks. I went on to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Georgia State University. Today, I serve as the Executive Director of a senior living community in El Cajon, CA.
Scouting has always been an important part of my life. I began as a Tiger Scout and worked my way through the program, ultimately earning my Eagle Scout Rank in 2003. I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back as a volunteer and mentor, helping kids build character, skills, and confidence.
If you see me at a meeting, you’ll notice I always carry a piece of rope – so don’t hesitate to stop me and show me your knots! I look forward to connecting with you at a meeting soon.

I’ve been serving Pack 863 since 2024. I was born in Connecticut and raised in Arizona and Texas. I’m a 31 year veteran of the U.S. Navy Seabees, and retired at the rank of E9, Master Chief. I received my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of LaVerne. I am currently a Management Analyst for Navy Sea Systems Command. I wanted to be a Scout as a child and joined a pack, but it didn’t work out. So, as my children became old enough they have joined Pack 863, and they Love going to scouts. I have been coaching baseball for 6 years and love watching and aiding these young men and women achieve their goals and learn good values. Being a part of a coaching staff and Scouting America has been a rewarding part of my life. I’m quiet until you ask me a question, then I might talk your ear off!

I grew up in the San Diego and Los Angeles areas and am fluent in Chinese, English, and Spanish. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Public Administation and Accounting from San Diego State University. After working in finance for several years, I transitioned to being a stay at home mom, a role I’ve cherished for many years. Today, I devote my time to coaching robotics at my son’s elementary school and supporting my daughter’s high school robotics team. My journey into scouting began with my youngest son, and over time, I’ve grown to love the program and the values it instills in kids. Although I never participated in scouting as a child, I’m learning and growing alongside my son, and sharing this experience with him has been one of the most rewarding parts of our journey together.
